Tom Homan rips a judge after a sick ruling defending violent gang members
Bloodthirsty illegal alien gangs like Tren de Aragua, MS-13, and the Mexican drug cartels became a massive problem after former President Joe Biden let anyone stroll across the southern border for four years.
President Donald Trump designated about a dozen of these gangs as foreign terrorist organizations.
He invoked the Alien Enemies Act to expedite the deportation of gang members as public safety threats.
A District Court judge appointed by former President Barack Obama blocked Trump from using the law, but the administration appealed.
D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Patricia Millett, who was appointed by Obama, claimed that “Nazis got better treatment” than Tren de Aragua members that Trump deported.
“Border Czar” Tom Homan blasted the judge for the absurd comment during an appearance on Fox News.
“Just an example of an activist judge making a comparison. Are you kidding me?” Homan exclaimed. “It’s a holocaust of Nazis? First of all, what the hell has that got to do with anything? We’re talking about the Alien and Enemies Act. We’re talking about terrorists being deported from the United States.”
Activist judge tries to create a media narrative
A judge mentioning the word Nazi in a hearing involving the Trump administration was like cat nip to the media.
Homan accused her of using the line to whip the media into a frenzy.
“It’s disgusting she even said that, just try to evoke more, you know, nonsense on the left media, whatever, but it’s a ridiculous statement to make, and, again, it’s another example of an activist judge who doesn’t understand, or probably understands,” Homan said. “But wants to push back against the Trump administration who is given a mandate to arrest public safety threats and get them out of the country, especially terrorists.”
The “Border Czar” predicted that the Trump Justice Department would eventually win the case and be able to use the Alien Enemies Act once again.
“I think DOJ will win this case, and we’ll keep doing what we’re doing,” Homan stated. “You know, the President has made it clear. We’re going to arrest illegal aliens. We’re going to prioritize public safety threats and national security threats.”
Homan made it clear that he wasn’t going to back down from a fight.
“We’re going to continue to do it. We’re going to do it without apologies, especially in sanctuary cities, who let these people hit the streets and create a public safety issue,” Homan added.
