Kelce looks forward to post-NFL life with Swift
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and pop star Taylor Swift are the most talked about celebrity couple in the country.
The couple has dealt with speculation about them getting engaged since the Super Bowl last year.
A report from Radar Online claimed that Kelce and Swift will get married sometime this year.
The 35-year-old NFL star is also “dreaming” about hanging up his cleats and becoming a “house husband.”
“He can’t wait to be looking after Taylor 24/7. He wants to be somewhere between a house husband, a mentor, and a manager,” a source told Radar Online. “That’s his dream: to get married to Taylor and hang up his boots.”
Kelce signed a two-year contract extension last April for $30.25 million, making him the highest-paid tight end in the NFL.
He had a slow start to the season, which some NFL insiders blamed on him being out of shape from partying with Swift during the offseason.
The Chiefs star finished with the fewest receiving yards and touchdown receptions of his career this season.
“He knows his body can’t take too much more of the pain he receives in the NFL, and that will be Taylor’s gain,” the source explained.
The Chiefs are after the third consecutive Super Bowl this postseason.
Kelce is already a surefire Hall of Famer, so there’s not much left for him to accomplish in his career.
Swift’s fans speculate that she could be engaged
Rumors after an engagement between Swift and Kelce heated up after a picture posted on Instagram by Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, at the wrap party for the Eras Tour in December.

Fans claimed that Swift’s ring finger in the photo appeared to be blurred, which could have been done to hide an engagement ring.
“Hey. Um, guys? Do you feel like the pics with her hand are… blurred?” a Swift fan commented on the photo.
One fan wondered why she wouldn’t take the ring off at the party.
“Because wearing an engagement ring after getting engaged at a party celebrating you sounds like the most perfect night ever!” another fan replied.
Kelce dropped a possible hint about retirement after his game against the Browns in his hometown of Cleveland.
“It felt so surreal,” Kelce said on his New Heights podcast. “I don’t know if it’s the last time I’ll play in Cleveland but it kinda felt like I was giving it one last hoorah before I’m done because I’ve only played there twice in 12 years … It was a special day for me personally.”
