Democrats’ embrace of pro-crime policies like these so-called “harm reduction” strategies – to make drug use “safer” – make America’s drug crisis more prevalent, not less.

All Democrat-run cities have achieved is an increase in overdose deaths, normalization of drug use, creation of more addicts, and a collapse of public safety – with American taxpayers footing the bill.
