A hearing of the House’s Europe Subcommittee flew off the rails when Chairman Keith Self (R-TX) called on transgender Representative Sarah McBride (D-DE) to speak and referred to McBride as the biological male “she” was born as.
“I now recognize the representative from Delaware, Mr. McBride,” Self stated.
McBride began speaking when Congressman Bill Keating (D-MA) began ranting and raving.
“Mr. Chairman, could you repeat your introduction again, please?” Keating fumed.
Self repeated that he recognized Mr. McBride.
An enraged Keating began shouting that Self was “out of order” because he called a biological male “Mr.”
“Mr. Chairman, you are out of order! Mr. Chairman, have you no decency? I mean, I’ve come to know you a little bit, but this is not decent,” Keating exclaimed.
As the Democrats ramped up the chaos, Self called the hearing to a close.
“This hearing is adjourned,” Self declared.

Megyn Kelly was one of the many Americans thankful that Self stood up to woke bullies and retained the courage to say a biological male was a male no matter what he called himself.
“God bless you @RepKeithSelf,” Kelly wrote on social media. “We applaud you for standing up for WOMEN and BIOLOGICAL REALITY. We do not need to participate in this man McBride’s delusion.”
McBride tried to play for sympathy on social media.
“No matter how I’m treated by some colleagues, nothing diminishes my awe and gratitude at getting to represent Delaware in Congress. It is truly the honor and privilege of a lifetime. I simply want to serve and to try to make this world a better place,” McBride posted on X.
Kelly fired back that what McBride was really mad about was someone acknowledging reality.
“You haven’t been treated poorly,” Kelly posted as a reply to McBride. “You’ve been called ‘Mister,’ which is accurate, and told to use the men’s room bc you are a man. We need not participate in your delusion. Standing up for truth is honorable & that’s what your GOP colleagues are doing.”
Self said he fought for 25 years as a Green Beret and had no issue with McBride wanting to live as a woman.
But Self said just because he accepted McBride’s right to live as he chooses, it didn’t mean he had to join in.
“I am a retired Green Beret. I’m not even sure what all the fuss is about . . . I spent 25 years on active duty defending his right to live his life as he chooses – but I don’t have to participate in his fantasies,” Self wrote on X.
