Former Clinton adviser James Carville used to be one of the sharpest minds in the Democrat Party.
Carville coined the infamous phrase, “It’s the economy, stupid,” during Bill Clinton’s Presidential campaign.
But Carville is suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), and it’s clearly impacting his judgement.
On Wednesday, Carville appeared for an interview with Martha MacCallum on Fox News Channel where he made a stunning claim about the Trump administration.
“I think people are afraid to death, they see markets collapsing, they see people calling Mark Kelly a traitor, they see disorder everywhere,” Carville said.
“You know, Trump was going to bring the price of eggs down from day one,” he continued. “I mean, what’s coming out of Washington would scare the living bejesus out of anybody, independent Republican or Democrat.”
Carville then claimed that the Trump administration had a “total meltdown” and was facing a “total collapse.”
“This administration is in total meltdown, in total collapse,” he said.
Donald Trump has only been in office for a little over 50 days.
