Obama judge who tries to turn planes carrying terrorists around in midair
Democrat-appointed district court judges have become activists trying to stop President Donald Trump’s agenda.
They’ve issued overreaching, unconstitutional rulings to restrict Trump’s powers as President.
Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to expedite the deportation of Venezuela gang Tren de Aragua and other illegal alien gangs he designated as foreign terrorist organizations for national security reasons.
More than 220 bloodthirsty Tren de Aragua members were deported on two flights to El Salvador and Honduras.
The ACLU filed a lawsuit on behalf of illegal aliens from Venezuela trying to stop the flights.
D.C. District Court Judge James Boasberg, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, issued a temporary restraining order that demanded these two planes turn around and return to the United States with these terrorists.
The planes were outside of American airspace, so the White House ignored the judge’s unconstitutional ruling and had the planes continue to their final destinations.
Judge Boasberg believes that he has the authority to control immigration policy and command planes in the sky.
Activist judge let an FBI lawyer involved in the Russian collusion hoax escape jail time
Boasberg has a long history that confirms that he’s a Democrat activist who pretends to be a judge upholding the law.
Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith pled guilty to forging an email on a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) application to get a warrant to spy on a Trump 2016 campaign official, Carter Page, in the Russian collusion hoax.
Page was spied on throughout the 2016 campaign because the FBI claimed he could be courted by the Russians.
Clinesmith was working on the FBI’s Operation Crossfire Hurricane, the sham investigation into Trump’s alleged ties with Russia.
The email was doctored to remove the fact that Page was working as a source for the United States government, not for the Russians.
Lying on a FISA application carries a sentence of up to five years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
“Courts all over the country rely on representations from the government and expect them to be correct,” Boasberg said at the time.
Boasberg sentenced Clinesmith to a year of probation and 400 hours of community service instead of prison.
Clinesmith was the only person charged with a crime in the Russian collusion hoax.
His legal team argued that he doctored the email not out of malice against Trump but to cut corners to save time.
Boasberg threw the book at January 6 defendants who showed up in his court.
They were treated more harshly than the violent criminals he ordered to be returned to the United States.
