Donald Trump’s breakneck speed caught Democrats by surprise on January 20.
Trump hit the ground running wide open and signed a flurry of executive orders that reversed several of Joe Biden’s failed policies and fulfilled dozens of his campaign promises.
Congressional Democrats are powerless when it comes to stopping Donald Trump’s executive orders and actions.
But Democrats have found another way to try and stop Trump from carrying out the will of the people.
Democrat judges are staging a coup against Trump.
Several activist district court judges have issued injunctions against many of Trump’s executive actions.
District judges issued more nationwide injunctions in the first month of Donald Trump’s second term than they did in the first three years of Joe Biden’s Presidency.
Seven judges have currently issued nationwide injunctions against Trump.
Maryland District Court Judge Theodore Chuang ruled that Trump shutting down the USAID was unconstitutional.
District Judge Adam Abelson issued an injunction last month blocking Trump’s executive order to end all federal funding for programs promoting DEI.
Judges blocked DOGE from accessing Department of Treasury records and ruled against his freeze on foreign aid.
Donald Trump campaigned on a promise to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 in order to remove the violent Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) from the country.
But District Court Judge James Boasberg ordered the planes carrying the TdA members to El Salvador to turn around and return to the United States.
“Any plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States however that is accomplished,” Boasberg announced. “Make sure it’s complied with immediately.”
But Trump ignored the judge’s order and allowed the flights to land in El Salvador.
Trump’s refusal to follow the judge’s orders caused all hell to break loose in Washington, D.C.
On Monday, Boasberg ordered the Department of Justice to provide a sworn declaration of additional justifications for the deportation flights.
But top Trump adviser Stephen Miller pointed out something disturbing about all of the judges blocking Trump.
The judges are all partisan Democrats.
“A federal judge who blocked @POTUS from implementing an executive order banning transgender troops from serving in the military has a long history of activism in the Democratic Party, including volunteering for Joe Biden and donating tens of thousands to Democrat campaigns,” Trump’s Rapid Response team wrote on X.

But these judges are worse than Democrats.
Stephen Miller explained how they are pure “Communists” and “Marxists.”
“The communist judges are issuing injunctions against President Trump because he is the first President in our lifetimes to re-assert the rule of law and constitutional order in this country,” Miller told Newsmax. “To say illegal aliens cannot live here, to say that foreign criminal gangs cannot menace our citizens, to say that unelected bureaucrats do not control the direction of federal policy, to say that foreign aid is not a right,” Miller continued, before adding that “these are the core principles of the Constitution.”
“The injunctions are an effort by the radical left to prevent the American people from having the restoration and change they voted for,” he added.

Several House Republicans have introduced articles of impeachment against the judges.
But it takes 67 votes to convict a judge in the Senate, which means a conviction is virtually impossible.
