Democrats are shopping for activist judges to get favorable rulings
Much of President Donald Trump’s agenda is being halted by activist District Court judges who’ve given themselves the authority to control core powers of the Presidency.
District Court judges have forced Trump to rehire fired federal employees, set standards for military readiness, and ordered biological men be sent back to women’s prisons.
Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to speed up the deportation of members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
D.C. District Court Judge James Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, blocked Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act and ordered planes that were carrying more than 260 Tren de Aragua gang members to be returned to the United States while they were flying over Mexico.
Former New York Police Department Inspector Paul Mauro, an attorney, warned that left-wing groups were shopping for friendly judges they knew would rule their way during an appearance on Fox Business.
“This is working out right according to [the] plan for Mayorkas and company, because they brought in 20 million unvetted. If even 1% is a criminal element, you’re talking about 200,000, and now the whole gang is forum shopping on the Left to make sure they get two easy judges, progressive judges, who are going to go along with their demands,” Mauro explained. “And as a result, they’re gumming up the process in order to keep all of these people here.”
Trump was hit with more injunctions and temporary restraining orders in February than former President Joe Biden did during the first three years of his term.
The media is doing public relations for illegal alien gangs
Families and left-wing legal groups connected to the MS-13 gang members deported to a terrorist prison in El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act have cooked up sob stories to claim they were innocent.
The media is running a public relations campaign to make these bloodthirsty gang members seem like innocent victims.
Mauro said that CNN had no clue what it was doing with its coverage of gang leaders.
“CNN really needs to get their operational legs under them, because first of all, how do they know that there was no intel gathering on that leader, number one? Number two, you don’t flip down, you flip up. This guy is the leader of MS-13,” Mauro said.
The chances of a gang member becoming a rat increase when they’re put in an uncomfortable situation.
“He’s not flipping,” Mauro added. “The best chance you have to get intel out of him is if you send them back to El Salvador. He spends a week in that prison and then says, ‘Hey, let’s cut a deal.’ So they have no idea what they’re talking about.”
